Feed Fertility Consultation Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Feed Fertility! We understand that scheduling can be challenging, and this policy outlines our guidelines for booking and rescheduling consultations.
Non-Refundable Policy
Once a consultation is booked and paid for, the fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Appointments
- You may reschedule your consultation appointment one (1) time with no penalty, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduled appointments can only be booked for an available consultation date within 21 days of your original appointment.
- If there are no available consultation dates within that 21-day window, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals, Missed Appointments, and Last-Minute Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals, missed appointments, or attempts to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. In these cases, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
We encourage you to schedule your consultation at a time that works best for you, and to provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
