Women’s Health - especially reproductive health - is a complex and ever-evolving topic, and while dietary and lifestyle changes alone are not the only solution, making the right changes can often make a profound and positive difference. As a holistic nutritionist and fertility specialist, I can help you to gain confidence in the foods you choose to eat; feel empowered to make nutrition and lifestyle decisions that work best for you; and find new ways to evaluate your health that will lead you to be able to better support your unique needs.
Whether you're struggling with a specific health condition or are looking for professional step-by-step guidance towards a particular goal, working with a nutritionist can help you find your blind spots, identify a clear path forward, and support you on your journey. Once we define your needs and goals, I provide you with cutting-edge nutrition information; tailored meal guidance using nutrient-dense whole foods; mindset and lifestyle recommendations; herb and supplement support; and a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your habits and relationship with food. An important aspect of nutrition consulting is having ongoing support and guidance as we track your progress, create new dietary and lifestyle habits, and build on your success.
Over the years I have worked with clients with various health challenges, including:
~ Hormone Imbalance
~ Autoimmune Conditions

~ Endometriosis
~ Thyroid disorders
~ Digestive Issues (IBS & IBD)
~ Recurring Miscarriage
~ Unexplained Infertility
~ Food Allergies & Sensitivities
~ Mood Imbalances (depression & anxiety)
A nutrition and wellness program isn’t just another fad diet - it’s a total mindset and lifestyle shift. My personalized and collaborative approach to nutritional consulting aims to help you improve your physical and mental wellbeing by providing you with knowledge, inspiration, and support from a nutrition and lifestyle perspective. Here’s why working with me is different than any “diet” you’ve ever tried…
The number one reason diets fail is that they are not sustainable. Just like a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be about depriving yourself or fad diets, it’s also not all smoothies and buddha bowls. It’s about balance. Lasting change is achieved through realistic and achievable goals - and real, satisfying, whole foods that complement your tastes and lifestyle.
My approach to wellness is rooted in the symbiotic relationship of body, mind, and spirit. I work with the WHOLE person; diving deeper than the surface symptoms to address the root causes of imbalance. I also believe that creating lasting and positive change goes beyond food - includes diving into mindset and lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and fitness.
Forget health trends, fad diets, and buz words. This is all about evidence-based nutritional science. My goal is to help reshape your understanding and perspective about the food and your body - to help you understand the science and learn what is most beneficial for you, so that you can make informed choices moving forward.
Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a series an intake forms which will include questions about your diet and lifestyle, medical history, and any symptoms you may be experiencing. During the appointment, we will discuss your intake forms, your wellness goals, your current level of health, and medical history. We will review your diet, lifestyle habits, medications & supplements, any symptoms you experience, and any diagnosis you have been given. Some recommendations will be given during your appointment as I will provide you with some practical ways you can begin to take better care of your health. Immediately following the appointment, you will be sent an email summary of my initial recommendations, and steps to get you started in the right direction. Time will then be spent outside of your appointment to create your Personal Care Plan, which will be presented and discussed with you during your next appointment.
Your second visit will take place 3-7 days after your initial appointment. You will be presented with your initial Personal Care Plan - a list of recommendations to help you meet your goals. This custom document includes a Nutrition Prescription with dietary guidelines, lifestyle recommendations and supplement protocols. You will also be given access and be coached through the Nutrition Meal Planning App, which includes a customized meal plan designed by your nutritionist for your specific health needs and goals. It includes a meal plan calendar, recipes list, and shopping guide for each week of your program. Your Personal Care Plan is a fluid document - s you move through the stages of your program and achieve certain milestones, we will adapt your recommendations to keep you moving forward.
Ongoing support is key in keeping you moving towards your goals. We will meet in person (via video conference) once or twice per month, depending on which subscription option you choose. In these collaborative coaching sessions, we will work together to keep you on track with your Care Plan and adjust your plan when needed based on any milestones, successes, and struggles that arise. I will also provide you with feedback on your Food Log, new recipes and meal plan adjustments, and other tools and strategies to get you to your goal. You should leave every session with a new set of action steps and renewed motivation to succeed. In addition to your coaching sessions, I will also help keep you on track with email check-ins (1-2 times per month, depending on your plan.)
