In month one you will receive:

Initial Consultation (session 1): In-depth Assessment of you medical history, diet & lifestyle, symptomatology, fertility goals and discussion of you custom fertility support needs.

Onboarding Call (session 2): Review of your Fertility Care Plan (complete with your Nutrition Prescription, supplementation & lifestyle recommendations, and Custom Fertility Support plan), plus a digital tour of the Meal Planning platform, and training on how to use your Cycle Charting document.
Each following month you receive:
- ONE 50-Minute Coaching Session
- ONE Email Check-In or follow-up
- Weekly Meal Plans updates: breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks
- Fertility-friendly Recipes and Grocery List to compliment your plan

Feedback on your Food Log and progress

Updates to your Fertility Care Plan and Nutrition Prescription, as needed
- Ongoing Cycle Charting Support with monthly analysis and feedback

Additional Fertility Support services: informational and/or emotional support based on your needs and preferences

Fertility Care Light is a monthly subscription program. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your service with 30 days notice. However, for best results, it is highly recommended that you commit to a minimum 6-month timeframe. Should you become pregnant at any point of your program, we can easily transfer your membership to a Pregnancy Plan.
